  • Develop strong relationships with SME customers in your assigned area
  • Achieve targets set for individual products like Working Capital (WC), Bank Guarantee (BG), LC (Letter of Credit), Over Draft (OD), DOD (Demand Over Draft), Trade Forex, TOD
  • Process loan applications by liaising with Credit, Legal, Operations teams of the bank
  • Monitor delinquency rates of your portfolio
  • Cross-sell liability and asset products to new and existing customers
  • Ensure that clients utilise their limits

Roles and Responsibilities

1. Business Development

  • Engage with branches in your catchment area through visits and activations
  • Scope potential clients and assist your branches in building their client base
  • Conduct marketing activities at your allotted branches and catchments areas

2. Facility Proposal Processing

  • Assist in the process of approving Proposals for Account Opening, Legal & Valuation clearance

3. Relationship Management:

  • Maintain high levels of engagement with clients
  • Collect stock statements
  • Visit customers on a quarterly basis and document visit
  • Monitor on proposals that come up for renewal

4. Delinquency Management

  • Monitor your customer servicing records
  • Recover overdue EMI payments
  • Take action against delinquent clients

5. Cross-Sell

  • Cross-sell Assets and Liabilities products

Expertise and Qualifications

  • B.Com/M.Com, CA/MBA degree essential
  • Relevant work experience of 2 to 4 years
  • Good analytical and relationship management skills
  • Ability to read, understand and analyse financial statements
