Responsible for sales of Super Premium Credit Cards to the niche customer base

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Achieve business targets
  • Drive productivity, manage costs of acquisition and ensure compliant sourcing processes
  • Build and nurture relationships with the branch and other internal channels
  • Cross-sell add-on products like Direct Debit, Forex, etc.
  • Ensure adherence to standardised sales processes, SM Planner, DAP leads

Expertise and Qualifications

  • MBA degree essential
  • Relevant experience of 3-7 years in Banking / FMCG / Telecom industries
  • Experience in Channel Management and MIS
  • Proficient in using Excel
  • Strong Analytical skills
  • Good team handling skills
