  • Engage with and enhance customer relationships
  • Educate and encourage customers to use digital mediums for their banking transactions/ needs
  • Maintain high levels of product knowledge to help customer conversations
  • Ensure knowledge of regulatory policies is kept up-to-date

Roles and Responsibilities


  • Continuous engagement with portfolio customers and documentation of interaction
  • Handle calls according to defined standards
  • Resolve customer queries with accuracy
  • Promote Digital Banking services
  • Understand profile of customers and cross-sell relevant products and services
  • Maintain record of complaints and ensure their resolution
  • Manage the attrition rate of customers
  • Ensure regular interaction with your customers and pro-actively assess customer needs
  • Ensure the right customer is raced to the right portfolio
  • Monitor account balances and closures

Expertise and Qualifications

  • Graduate/ MBA Finance degree essential
  • IRDA Certification
  • AMFI Certification
